Shinoa Hiiragi

Canonpoint: End of Chapter 41- she leads her team out of the chaos of the fight at Nagoya, but blacks out after.
Age: 16

Wish: “I wish I was strong enough to know what to do.”

Result: She was able to lead her team to safety in her homeverse before being transported to Nyoi-Cho. She now also has more knowledge about her series and what's going on between the warring sides than she did in canon, but since she's here she has no way of putting said information to use.

Weapon: Large black scythe. It’s taller than her.

Outfit: A military-style outfit very similar to her old uniform. She also has a magenta ribbon choker tied in a bow, a matching one at her waist on the back of her blouse, and her usual hair ribbon. Legwear consists of black thigh-high socks and boots identical to her canon ones.


Powers

» Passive ability - She immediately has a way to achieve any short-term goal, which comes to her in the form of sudden desires to do certain actions. However her compulsions only take the final outcome into consideration and may suggest for her to get injured, get other people injured, etc. in the process, meaning she still has to think through those prompts before taking action.

» Active ability - Reconnaissance - She can project targets onto opponents that highlight their weak points, signalling to her and her allies where best to attack. The longer she's been fighting against an enemy, the more targets will show, which highlight more vital weaknesses.

» Weapon  - Shi (四) - A black scythe.
 
Tier two: The blade of her scythe can spontaneously start being on fire. The flames are powered by magic and are maintained in bursts of up to ten continuous seconds at a time. This is weapon-specific; if Shinoa had to use a different scythe than her magical one, it would not be able to use this.

Tier three: When a blow makes contact, the scythe-blade discharges a spray of tiny embers in various directions, with up to four embers erupting into small fireballs of their own. The embers that burn into larger flames can be flung up to a foot away from the scythe, and do the amount of damage you'd expect a fist-sized fireball to do. The fireballs are launched randomly from the point of contact; Shinoa cannot control where they land or their exact number.
 
» Weapon  -  Ryokomaru (霊虎丸) - A silver-and-black rifle. 
 
On firing it releases a white chain with a large claw at the end. The claw is shaped like a claw-machine game's pincer, and will attach itself to Shinoa's target. The chain-and-claw acts like a grappling hook and does no damage, instead allowing Shinoa to restrain or trip an opponent. Enough force can dislodge the claw. The chain is 40ft long, but stops unspooling the moment the claw attaches itself and remains at that length until Shinoa withdraws and re-fires.

Tier two: Per battle it can now fire four flaming bullets, either singularly or two at a time (converting the gun to a double-barreled one), that explode into a small fireball on impact. If shooting at something she has used her targets on the bullets home in to Shinoa's target.
 
 
» Active ability - Sergeant's Banner - By standing her scythe vertically on the ground she can create a magical field that speeds up the healing rate of allies within a one-meter radius. Once allies leave the influence of her magic the effect lasts up to ten seconds. However, she cannot move or otherwise use her scythe while casting this. 
Current Efficacy: All flesh wounds heal within 10 seconds. For serious injuries (broken bones, muscle/organ damage), thirty seconds of continuous healing will stabilize the injured enough for them to move on their own, though any intense fighting in their healed state is still a bad idea.

Additionally, the magic will clear mental/psychological status effects (e.g. magically-induced hallucinations, etc.) if allies are continually exposed to the magic for over five seconds. This will drain extra magic. If said effects are repeatedly induced or meant to last over 24 hours (e.g. event effects), allies previously 'healed' will relapse back on being hit with the effect again or over time respectively.
